Our terms & conditions are relatively simple and straight forward:
Discuss with us exactly what you want your web site to do and give us some idea of what you want it to look like.
Agree on a price and pay a 50% (negotiable) down payment - usually used to pay for the initial domain registration and hosting, initial design, logo design etc.
We check the availability of your chosen domain name and if available purchase it and host it on the relevant server.
We design and build your web site and upload it to the relevant server so it is “Live” on the Internet and available to millions of people.
You pay the remainder of the agreed amount within two days of the web sites completion. Please note that if you have an agreement that we periodically update your web site then “completion” will be the day that we deem the web site to be finished apart from periodic updates.
We work on a trust basis and as such we treat all none payers - or potential none payers extremely seriously. We will issue payment reminders verbally, by email or by text message or by all three. Should payment still not be received after the above measures have been exhausted we reserve the right to redirect the main (index) page of the web site in question to a specially designed page that states the following: “This web site has been suspended due to none payment to the designers, Snowdonia Web Design”. (exact wording may change). All access to analytical tools (if used) will also be withdrawn or cancelled. Further, all none payment details are shared with our linked web sites and lastly a Denuncia (Espana) or a County Court claim (UK) will be served on the none payer.
